Definition Administration Console

A configuration tool for the DIAMES server
with a Windows-GUI.

The DIAMES Definition Administration Console is used by the DIAMES system administrator to configure and fine-tune the DIAMES settings for the particular plant.

The parameters for the different work-centers are entered and/or modified by means of a menu-controlled user interface that is similar to the Windows Management Console and provides access to the configuration of:

  • hardware interfaces,

  • production machines,

  • processes,

  • timing constraints,

  • exception conditions,

  • limiting values,

  • communication parameters for ERP systems,
    and many more.
