The DIAMES Production Visualizer Tool visualizes online- and statistical data and calculates a number of 'planned-viz-actual' performance coefficients, the so-called UPSY factors.

UPSY factors are derived from historical, actual and planned production figures to produce a diagram with user-configurable limits for a quick commercial assessment of the respective production process.

DIAMES PVT displays the online status of the different work-centers directly so that the user is able to react immediately when an exception occurs.

DIAMES PVT is a modular Microsoft-Windows^TM application that can be combined with realistic images and views of the different production machines and/or departments.
