DIAMES-MEM (Manufacturing Execution Manager)

The DIAMES-MEM is an optional MS-Windows GUI client visualising past, current and planned shop floor information.

A key stroke or a mouse click are required to start, suspend and terminate a job on a work centre, set down-time reasons as well as sign-on and off production related staff.

DIAMES-LEV (Log Event Viewer)

The DIAMES-LEV is an optional MS-Windows GUI client to select/filter and highlight detailed DIAMES Server LogFile entries.

• Is a tool to drill down to individual production related events that have occurred and were recorded by the DIAMES Server.

DIAMES-SFM (Shop Floor Manager)

The DIAMES-SFM is an optional MS-Windows GUI client to select/filter and visualise consolidated DIAMES production data.

Combined with an optional DIAMES L3DB (SQL/OLAP database) environment it provides a generic data slice and dice functionality.

• Is a tool to consolidate DIAMES Server data into functional end-user information that is available as stand-alone reports or that can be exported to a top level Business Intelligence environment.

DIAMES-PVT (Production Visualiser Tool)

The DIAMES-PVT is an optional MS-Windows GUI client intended for end-users with minimal computer skills.

It visualises production data recorded and consolidated by the DIAMES Server using predefined graphical and/or textual presentations.
